Job Title: E-commerce Picker (RDT/Handheld Experience Essential)
Location: BD6 – Bradford
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary (Initial 6-week commitment with potential to extend)
Start Date: Immediate for the right candidate
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (volume dependent)

Our client delivers excellence across logistics, warehousing, and supply chain services. With a growing e-commerce operation based at their BD6 site in Bradford, they are expanding their warehouse team to meet increasing customer demand.

The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for an experienced Picker to join a busy e-commerce warehouse. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience using RDT/handheld devices, and can keep pace with high order volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and process e-commerce orders using RDT/handheld scanning devices

• Navigate the warehouse efficiently while maintaining order accuracy and speed

• Work closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to support daily operations

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

• Follow all health and safety protocols and company procedures

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in a similar warehouse picking role (e-commerce experience a strong advantage)

• Confidence using RDT/handheld scanning technology

• A good level of fitness – this role involves extensive walking and physical activity

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• A proactive attitude, reliability, and a solid team ethic

Contract Details

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (may vary slightly depending on volume)

• Initial Term: 6 weeks minimum, with ongoing review and potential for extension

• Location: BD6, Bradford
